When you should be using EBS apps on your device, ebs application server automatically records certain information about your data using ebs. Similarly, on the web services as ebs.oss.net.bd and ebs apps both working with a set of information such as account activity, including usage storages, numbers of login, numbers of logout, data display, and other logging information as browser type, ip address, location, date, time, access time, cookies, cache data, information, user images, video, audio, and referred URL.

You can organise or delete your information through your ebs account or terminate your account. Such deletions or terminations will take immediate effect on your account view. Residual copies of deleted messages and accounts may take up to 365 days to be deleted from our active servers and may remain in our offline backup systems.

Some of your information may also be shared with allowed stakeholders for further use by them. Some information should be published on the website for public viewing as identification information of a person may include as Email address, user image, first and last name, phone number, location, service time, usage data and more.

Data Safety

Data safety terms refer to how developers get to use data and collect data and share data. Our ebs application has encrypted features so that data gets to secure facilities.

Additionally, our messaging service allows users to transmit voice recordings and the system ensures secure storage post-transmission. Voice recordings are saved in a designated file location, enabling users to access and play them as necessary. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of user data.

Image Policy
As per our privacy policy, users' personal images can be stored into the server for identification. The ebs application can access the photo of users for completed different confidential tasks as per regarding to our privacy policy.

Data Erase
As per our privacy policy, data can be removed from our server or access point as per the request of the users. Users can request to delete their personal data, such as the user’s account, account information, cell phone number, email information, address and device history.

We use many tools such as encryption, encrypted information, passwords, and physical security to protect your personal information against unauthorised access and disclosure.
